KIDS @ RPC

Richmond

Hi & Welcome to the Kids@RPC site! We want to come alongside you, as the parent, to lead our children to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Over the weekend, our children 6 weeks to 5th grade experience a great time at church with a space, activities, music and bible stories designed just for them. See you soon!

Saturday & Sunday Service Information:

River Kids is a great place for your children to come and learn about God in a fun and safe environment and we want you and your children to be a part of it.
Below is some information you may need as a first time visitor to our ministry.

6 weeks - 4 years old should be dropped off and picked up at the Early Childhood Building on the backside of the Sanctuary.

Kindergarten meets in Hut 2. They may check in and enjoy an age appropriate program just for them!

1st - 3rd grade should be dropped off at the Big Tent and will be picked up there as well.

4th & 5th graders will be checked in and picked up in Lakeside.

All children will be given a name tag, and parents will receive a security number that corresponds with that child's name tag. Children can only be picked up by someone with the matching number.

We look forward to seeing you in Kids@RPC in the future.

My First Look, created for children 18 months to 5 years, keeps it simple and fun, repeating one basic truth about God all month long. First Look helps children understand worship and introduces them to small group time. We even share additional tools like activity ideas and conversation starters for parents to use with their children at home. For more information, check out MyFirstLook.com

May Botton Line: God loves me.

Memory Verse: “Learn to do what is right.” Isaiah 1:17

Worship Songs:
"Hosanna Rock"
"I Can Do the Right Thing"

Our weekend program is fun for grade school children. We have plenty to do while they ‘hang out' and get to know their leader, sing great music to a live band, see a video geared just for their age, and share what it means to live out their faith in a small group time with a leader. For more information, check out 252 Basics.

May Virtue: Responsibility: Showing you can be trusted with what's expected of you.

Memory Verse: “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won't be honest with greater responsibility.” Luke 16:10

Worship Songs:

"I Am Who I Am"
"Jump Right In"
"Forever"

Anne_Baptism Deciding to follow Christ is the most important decision your child will make. If your child is interested in being baptised, please attend a Children's Baptism Class; where your child will meet a Children's staff member and talk about their decision. This is not only being obedient to Christ, but a great memory for your child and encouragement to others!

Children's Baptism Class: April 21 & 22

Student & Children's Baptism Dates: May 5 & 6

Email Eian Garcia for more information.
