Parent / Child Dedication
When a family comes to a place where they decide to raise their young children to follow Jesus, we celebrate, support and pray for the family during one of our church services.
Please attend a Parent /Child Dedication meeting to get on the schedule. Parent meetings are the last Sunday of the month in the upstairs Children's Building Offices at 11:45am.
May 11 & 12, 2019August 10 & 11, 2019November 16 & 17, 2019
Upcoming Dedication Services:
March 9 & 10, 2019
Deciding to follow Jesus is the most important decision your child will ever make. The next step for him/her is to be baptized.
Please attend a Children’s Baptism Class to meet with a ministry leader about their decision. Sign up to attend one of three classes.
If you have questions email Brian Moore at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you volunteer in our Children’s Ministry, you make a difference in the lives of families. We have a variety of ways to get involved and time commitments.
What Your Kids Are Learning
Birth - Kindergarten
My First Look, created for children 18 months to 5 years, keeps it simple and fun, repeating one basic truth about God all month long. First Look helps children understand worship and introduces them to small group time. We even share additional tools like activity ideas and conversation starters for parents to use with their children at home. Here is some info about what your child is learning this month:
March Bottom Line: God made me.
Memory Verse: “I am wonderfully made." Psalm 139:14, NIV
Early Childhood Worship Songs: (Available at amberskyrecords.com)
More Than Anything
1st - 5th Grade
Our program is designed to engage elementary students in a high energy and fun environment. At first, our students are engaged in activities during ‘hang out’ while they get to know some friends and their leaders. Then, we move to our large group environment where we sing great music, play games, celebrate birthdays, give an offering, and hear an interactive true story from the Bible. Finally, our students break up into groups of 10 or less with a leader to talk about how to live out their faith. See below for what your child is learning and singing this month!
March Life App: Individuality - Discovering who you are meant to be.
Memory Verse: “How you made me is amazing and wonderful. I praise you for that. What you have done is wonderful. I know that very well." Psalm 139:14, NIRV
1st-5th Grade Worship Songs:
Your Love For Me
I Won't Be Quiet
